For WHO IS? and GUESS THE TIME
You can request deletion of your game account and associated personal data by emailing the developer at imuhanna@gmail.com.
How to request deletion
- Use the subject “Account deletion — WHO IS” or “Account deletion — GUESS THE TIME”.
- Include your player name or account ID, and the email used to sign in if applicable.
- Tell us whether you want your entire account deleted or specific personal information removed.
Send the request from the account email when possible. We may ask for information needed to confirm account ownership. Never send a password, verification code, payment card number, or identity document unless a suitable secure verification process has been arranged.
What the request covers
After confirming ownership, we will review removal of your account profile and associated personal information, including linked progression or activity where applicable. Some security, transaction, or other records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations. We will explain any exception and the expected processing time in our response.
Deleting a game account does not automatically delete your Google account, erase records held independently by an app store, or cancel an app-store subscription. Those actions must be managed with the relevant provider.
